Surveying & Testing Coordination

ACE does not perform land surveying or geotechnical testing in-house. As part of our site package, we coordinate licensed surveyors for layout, stakeout and as-builts, and independent testing labs for soil borings, density and compaction testing.

We schedule our clearing, grading and building-pad work around their results, so you have one point of contact for the whole site. The surveyors and labs sign and seal their own work.
